INJECTION MOLDING POLYMER

READY-TO-USE INJECTION MOLDING PELLETS FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE PARTS

Celazole® PBI T-Series products are ready-to-use pellets for injection molding of high-performance parts. The compounds are a blend of polybenzimidazole (PBI) and polyaryletherketone (most commonly PEEK).

The base T-Series products are TU-60 (PBI-PEEK), TF-60V (glass fiber filled PBI-PEEK), TF-60C (carbon fiber filled PBI-PEEK), and TL-60 (dry lubricant filled PBI-PEEK). These products are also made with PEKK, and by special order, custom blends.

These products are generally moldable by processors who can mold PEEK, but require slightly higher injection temperature, injection pressure and mold temperature.
